Where Do I Enter A Discount Code?

Discount codes are added within the checkout process on the right hand side, see the image below for reference. We offer discounts by product, range or store. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to here about them.


Pricing And Billing

I Have A Question About My Charges.

Valour Strike will only ever charge you for the item and the delivery *Free delivery is applied to order over £30. No additional charges will be applied to your purchase. In the unlikely event of unspecified charges being applied to your account please in form us and contact you bank.

I Need A Copy Of My Receipt/invoice.

Upon completing your purchase you will immediately receive an email confirming exactly what you have purchased. You will also receive a itemised receipt within your delivery. This receipt will clearly display the items you have purchased and the charges applied.

When Will My Refund Appear On My Account?

Refunds once approved can take 7-10 days to display within your account. If you have any problems in relation to your refund do not hesitate to contact us.

*Direct contact with your card provider may also help you find out the status of your refund.

When Will My Bank Card Be Charged?

Your payment method will be debited immediately. However this deduction may not display on your account immediately. Time scales differ in accordance to your payment method or bank account used.


Order Status

Has My Order Been Dispatched?

You will receive notification via email stating when your order has been collected by the courier.

*Dispatch will always be within 24 hours.

How Do I Change Items Or Cancel My Order?

Cancelation or amendment to your order is only available pre dispatch. If your item has successful been dispatched you will have to return the item to us with your required instructions.

If your item has not yet been dispatched then simply click “Cancel My Order” to cancel.

In the event that you simply want to increase or decrease the size of the items ordered (Only available pre dispatch), please contact us with your name, order number and instructions.

My Order Never Arrived.

In highly irregular occurrence that the delivery is not made please contact us, and a customer care team member will contact you within 24 hours.

Please refer to our delivery guidelines for estimated time scales. Please allow an additional day as occasionally there can be unexpected inconveniences that can delay your delivery.

An Item Is Missing From My Order.

Immediately contact us. A friendly customer care team member will be in contact within 24 hours. The team member will take personal responsibility for the case and explore the issue raised, in order to provide a satisfactory conclusion.

Sign in and open your Valour Strike account. From this page you can edit your details and even apply an additional address if required.

How Much Is My Delivery?

All delivery charges are applied on an individual basis and depend on the service requested. Please refer to our delivery page.

Orders will be delivered within the time frame specified on our delivery page. An estimated date for delivery will be specified in your confirmation email.
