Perform 60 seconds of high-intensity punching, followed by a 30-second rest.
Repeat this for a total of 5 rounds.

Next, incorporate bodyweight exercises:

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, followed by a 15-second rest.

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, followed by a 15-second rest.
Complete a total of 3 rounds.

To finish your workout, perform a 5-minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) of the following exercises:
10 push-ups, 15 squats, and 20 jumping jacks.
