Our four-week Boxercise Challenge is structured to progressively increase in intensity, starting with fundamental boxing techniques and simple exercises, then building up to more complex routines.

Week 1: Mastering the Fundamentals
We start with the basics of boxing and body conditioning. Your challenges for this week are:
Week 2: Boosting Intensity and Technique
This week, we escalate the intensity. Your challenges include:
- Learn and practise boxing combinations for 20 minutes each day (On the bag or shadow boxing)
* 5 Common Combos on our channel
- Engage in 15-minute shadow boxing sessions daily
- Perform 3 sets of 10 reps of:
- Mountain Climbers
Week 3: Building Stamina and Endurance
As you grow stronger and more skilled, it's time to push your limits. Your challenges for this week are:
- Engage in 25-minute shadow boxing sessions daily
- 3 sets of 1-minute plank holds
- 3 sets of 15 reps Russian twists
Week 4: The Ultimate Boxercise Challenge
For the final week, we'll integrate everything you've learned. Your challenges for the final week are:
- Practice complex boxing combinations for 30-minute sessions (Bag or shadow boxing)
- Perform a full-body workout involving all the body conditioning exercises learned over the weeks
